I rarely have had such a well organized experienceOctober 15, 2016

“ The Rocky Mountaineer was spectacular. I rarely have had such a well organized experience with such detail and service. The Fairmont accommodations were lovely. It snowed a few days while I was on the trip, so I canceled a tour, but, otherwise everything went smoothly. (The snow was beautiful.) Once I organized myself for the small space, I loved my room on VIA Rail. Good job, Fresh Tracks! ”
The whole trip was wonderfulMay 28, 2013

“ We had a great time on the trip and hated to have to return home. There were only two little bumps but both were pretty easy to clear up. The reservation at La Frontenac seemed to be for a room with two full size beds. They were able to switch us to a room with one King. Also the days for the two tours in Halifax were reversed. The city highlights tour was on Tuesday and Peggys Cove was Wednesday. When we called to confirm the tours the Grayline person got us sorted out. The whole trip was wonderful. We are already dreaming of when we can return but it may not be until our 5 or 10 year anniversary. Aside from the time we spent wandering around the towns and seeing the sights, our two favorite parts were the Charlevoix and the Peggys Cove trips. Both were beautiful. We took almost two thousand pictures through the whole trip and each gained several pounds from the wonderful food. It was certainly a trip that we will remember for the rest of our lives. Thanks so much for all your help! ”
